Returns

Customers may request returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, customized products, and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for incorrect sizes, defective items, or wrong products delivered. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong or defective item.
